Dispatch conditions

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Belgien, Dänemark, Finnland, Frankreich, Griechenland, Großbritannien, Irland, Island, Italien, Lettland, Litauen, Malta, Zypern, Andorra, Lichtenstein, Monaco, San Marino, Luxemburg, Niederlande, Norwegen, Österreich, Portugal, Schweden, Schweiz, Lichtenstein, Polen, Ungarn, Türkei, Tschechien, Slowakei, Rumänien, Dänemark, Spanien, Estland, .

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Ab einem Warenkorbwert von € 50,- ist der Versand kostenlos.
From a order value of 50,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

Die Versandkosten ins Ausland betragen € 6,90.

From an order value of 50,00 €, we deliver shipments to foreign countries free of cost.

Delivery of download items:
 
Supply of download products: Download products (digital content which is not supplied on a physical data carrier) do not incur shipping costs.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1-3 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 -5 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Terms of payment

For domestic deliveries (Germany) the following payment options are available:

In case of deliveries to a foreign country, you have the following payment options:

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.

In case of an overseas delivery for which payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the shipping of the goods.
